Harvard Web Publishing acts as an agency that serves clients within the Harvard University community. I work with clients across a variety of schools and departments to deliver user-centric interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. My work encompasses wireframing, prototyping, accessibility evaluations, qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected via user surveys, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods. I also facilitate Harvard's User Experience Foundation's course with the HWP team to help educate the Harvard community on what UX is and best practices.
